I've lived my whole life close to the water and I feel its pull on my heart and soul every day, so Dreamer No. 24/100 is really special to me. This was commissioned as a piece based on Dreamer No 8 (from this project) in shape, but with inspiration derived from the ocean ๐ŸŒŠโ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €The dowel is a piece of foraged driftwood from a Pacific Northwest beach, the feathers are reminiscent of those of seabirds, a beachy twine accents the feathers and the hoop, the webbing is made from twine with a ribbon of silver in it to reflect light like...

Dreamer No. 18/100: this happy little R is for my happy little Rory girl! ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ I know I keep coming back to these colors, but they're just so good! This piece was so much fun to make: I love the feather garland, I love the little stripes of color, I love the whole thing!๐Ÿ˜ Frustratingly, it's one of those that is really difficult to photograph, so I hope all the details come through! โ €โ €Let me know what you think! Dreamer No 14/100: This fiber hanging has been a work in progress for a long time and I'm really excited that it's finished! I've always been really drawn to super saturated colors and fibers when I make these wall hangings, so I've been wanting to stretch myself and make one that's softer and more neutral, and I'm pretty happy with how this came out!
